Meet the characters
Even if you haven't read the Marvel comic book series, then you must have come across many of the X-Men characters through television cartoons and blockbuster film adaptations.
The story is based on a superhero team of mutants led by Professor Charles Xavier, who use their unique powers to protect the world from a rogue team of mutant villains, led by Magneto. Both of these teams of heroes and villains are represented on the reels, showing off their special powers with some nifty animations.

All of those characters are presented as illustrations which are loosely based on the characters which were portrayed in the recent blockbuster films. So, you don't necessarily have to have read all of the comics to find a few familiar superhero faces!
Heroes vs Villains
Despite all of the superheroes and super-villians on the reels, the most super symbols of all in this X-Men 50 Lines slot machine are a wild and scatter symbol. The wild – simply depicted as the word “wild” - will help to create winning sequences by replacing all normal paying icons, except for the the scatter. That is because the “X-Men” logo scatter symbol will pay wins even if it doesn't line up on an active payline. This scatter will also trigger the slot machine's special bonus feature when three or more appear.
This bonus feature is essentially a round of free spins, but with two different modes - “Heroes Mode” and “Villains Mode”. Players can choose to play with as few or as many paylines as they want. However, there are a couple of incentives to play with more and up the total bet. First of all, scatter wins award total bet multipliers of 1x, 5x, 25x and 200x when two, three, four and five appear in any reel position, so the more paylines in play, the bigger your scatter wins will be.
