Collect Points and Win Big

The first feature of the Roadkill online slot is the Call to Arms, which you’ll trigger when dropping two scatter symbols anywhere on the reels. You’ll receive two normal hearts during this feature. If you receive a third scatter, you’ll trigger the Team Assemble Free Spins round while restoring any hearts that may have been lost.

The Collector is enabled whenever a Jumping Wild animal is in play, which is connected to its counterpart by image and color. Any car that drives over the Jumping Wild increases the corresponding collector by 1 point. If you reach five on any particular animal, you’ll activate the Roadkill slot machine’s upgrade symbol, which enhances the Jumping Wild while turning a regular heart into an armored one.

Here's a brief description of the Roadkill slot’s Jumping Wilds, which, besides their special features, act as regular wilds by substituting for all regular symbols within the game:

  • Papa Bear: This carries a general multiplier when active and moves one step in any direction with every second spin. It can only block a car once by damaging it for two hit points from left and right. Whenever it stops a car, papa Bear increases its multiplier by +1 up to a maximum of 5x.
  • Deer Joe: This acts as a split wild that only triggers when it blocks a car. It moves one step in any direction at the start of every spin. It can only block a car once by damaging it for one point from the left and right sides. Whenever it blocks a car, Deer Joe splits all the symbols on the same row and direction in which the car came from.
  • Fred the Rabbit: This acts as a Trapper, moving anywhere within the Battle Area at the start of every spin. It can block a car multiple times by damaging it for one point from both the left and right sides. Whenever it stops a car, it leaves a wild behind in its current position and jumps to a new empty position.

The Hilly and Billy Cars feature is active whenever the animals are in play. The first car is always the green one (Hilly’s car), which receives 1 hit point every time it is blocked. The second car is the red one, a.k.a. Billy’s car, which gets 2 points every time it is blocked. Billy’s car only comes in on every fifth round during the Team Assemble or on every round during the Junkyard Assault.

Cars travel across the reel area starting from the right side and covering an entire row. If a Jumping Wild blocks the car, one hit point is removed from it. The cars stop when they reach zero hit points. If it doesn’t hit any Jumping Wilds, then one heart or one armor will be removed from the lifeboat.

Collecting three scatters during the Roadkill slot machine’s base game or Call to Arms feature will reward you with the Team Assemble feature, which starts off with three normal hearts. Upgrade all three Jumping Wilds to get to the Junkyard Assault.

The Roadkill slot’s Junkyard Assault feature comes with three armored hearts, meaning you get six lives instead of three. The collectors restart at zero for this round.

When collecting 20 hits during a single round, you’ll trigger the Roadblock feature. Your hearts are restored and the Jumping Wilds now cover a while row each within the Battle Area. When applied, the Hilly and Billy cars enter the reels and hit one row randomly to trigger a feature:

  • Top Row: Adds one random wild to reel 5.
  • Middle Row: Splits all the rows on reel 5.
  • Bottom Row: Multipliers the 3x3 wild by 2.

The cars will keep going, possibly hitting the same row twice. When both cars stop, the three rows convert into a massive 3x3 wild and you will receive your total prize.

If you don’t want to wait for the Roadkill slot machine’s features to trigger organically, you can purchase them by clicking on the star symbol for the following prices:

  • Team Assemble: 60x your stake
  • Junkyard Assault: 500x your stake
  • Lucky Draw: 200x your stake
