Panda Family Slot Machine

Journey to the Far East to meet the Panda Family, the online video slot created by Whow Games.

These cute and cuddly bears are ready to welcome you to their home country and to give you the chance to spin the reels to win cash prizes.

But will you end up like a bear with a sore head? Here’s a review of Panda Family by Whow Games with everything you need to know.

Beautiful Setting

You might have seen pandas in a zoo but in this video slot, created by developer Whow Games, you have the chance to see a cartoon version in their natural home.

These pandas aren’t quite as nature intended as they’re dressed and sporting a variety of human accessories such as a dummy and a cap but you get the idea!

Panda Family is situated in the tranquil Far East and in the background you can rest your eyes upon a serene scene of the natural world including mountain silhouettes, cherry blossom trees and lush green grass.

The name of the game is emblazoned on a wooden plank stretching above the reels, while the framework is made from bamboo and vines strapped together.

The symbols show the various members of the panda family together with some other eastern items including a pagoda, pink flowers, oriental script and a statue of the panda family too.

Completing the scene is the traditional eastern music in the background, offering a relaxing and somewhat spiritual quality to the gameplay.

Discover What Awaits

Before you start to play, take a few moments to browse through the paytable to find out exactly what prizes the Panda Family could offer you.

To do this you’ll need to click on the “i” button on the bottom left of the reels, which will take you into a separate set of screens.

There’s a total of 13 symbols – hopefully not unlucky for you! – all of which have a different win value. Some pay out for matching just two while the lower value symbols don’t give you a prize unless you spin at least three.

The pagoda is the top prize, paying out a generous 10,000 if you spin five. The oriental writing offer the lowest prizes on the board, with five matching symbols paying out between 75 and 125.

You’ll also find details of the payline patterns in the paytable but while this information is useful to see, you don’t need to commit them to your memory. When you’re playing the game the reels will immediately light up and notify you if you win a prize.

Return to the Pandas

Once you’ve finished looking around, exit back out of the paytable and rejoin the pandas on the main reels.

However, before you start to get things spinning you’ll need to set your bet. The game is played on five reels laid out in a conventional 5x3 design with a maximum of 25 paylines available. You don’t need to play on the full set if you don’t want to, it’s up to you to decide.

You have the option of activating either 5, 15 or 25 paylines using the button below the reels. You can change your mind as often as you want – every turn if you want! – so it’s your choice how you plan your strategy

The value that you bet on each line can also be changed too; pick from the minimum bet of 50, right up to the maximum of 10,000. The stages are incremental so beginning with 50, they increase to 100, then 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and finally 10,000.

As well as matching the regular symbols there’s some extra features to keep your eye out for.

The scatter symbol is the statue of the pandas and becomes active no matter where it appears on the board. If you spin 3, 4 or 5 you could win 15, 25 or 40 free spins.

There’s also the Auto Play facility which allows you to keep playing without having to lift a finger yourself. This is perfect for when you’re planning a long session and don’t want to have to keep clicking to start the game.

Eastern Pleasure

Panda Family by Whow Games is a relaxing video slot which offers up plenty of chances to win, with some nice extra features. There’s no bonus games so more experienced players might find it a little basic. However, the gameplay is smooth and the graphics crystal clear and new or intermediate players are bound to be entranced by this.
