Themes don't get much more retro than this, as the entire theme centers around classic slot symbols such as bars, bells and assorted fruit. All of them are drawn like the classics, but with a bit of a modern computer detail added. The highest value symbol is the lucky number 7 rendered in bright red; behind the 7 in value you'll find three black bars, then two, then one bar alone. Four fruits round out the collection of symbols. Watermelon will earn you the most coins, followed by the purple plum, the yellow lemon, and then the pair of red cherries brings in the lowest amount of winnings. When the game opens, you're treated to a 1970s-flavored tune and the other game sounds remain true to the historic vibe.

You wouldn't expect a basic-looking game to contain several fun hidden features, but Bars and Bells doesn't disappoint when you're hoping for a little bit more than standard slot play.
