Play Golden Knight II for Free

This game will be familiar to those of you who have played the original Golden Knight slot machine, which was released back in 2014. The knight proved so popular among High 5 Games players that the industry’s leading independent casino games provider decided to bring him back for one more duel.

The eagle-eyed gamblers among you will notice a subtle change in the background. The King’s magnificent castle has been positioned to the left of the game matrix in the Golden Knight II slots game, whereas it was positioned to the right of them in the original game. The 5x4 game matrix has been set within an elaborate bronze frame, with the same set of symbols from Golden Knight filling the reels.

Granted, the symbols look more polished and realistic this time round, but it will feel like more of the same to those of you who played Golden Knight. Low-paying Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 5 playing card symbols have been designed with a medieval twist. You’ll also see the dragon spit fire, your trusty steed, the beautiful princess, and the sword-wielding knight who represents you on the reels.

When it comes sound effects, we’ve got a feeling you’re going to like what you hear when you play the Golden Knight II slot online. The King’s men strike their drums and blow their trumpets throughout gameplay. Our reviewers also approved of the reels spinning to the sound of a portcullis being raised.

Fans of High 5 Games slots won’t be surprised to learn that the Golden Knight II slot machine has been optimized for mobile. This will be great news for those of you who like to play iPhone slots for free. As it’s an HTML5 slot, the game will stretch to fit any screen size for silky smooth gameplay.

Our review of Golden Knight II slot revealed that wins are calculated across 40 fixed paylines. However, despite there being 15 betting options for you to choose from, those of you with a small bankroll may feel priced out of spinning the medieval reels for real money.

The reason for this is that coin values start at 0.02 rather than 0.01, which means it will cost you at least 0.80 credits to step into the shoes of the noble knight. The fearless high rollers among you will be a lot happier, as you can use the increment button to raise your stake to the princely sum of 400 credits.

Our Golden Knight II online slot review also revealed that this sequel boasts a better payout percentage than the original game in the series. While the return-to-player (RTP) of 95% in Golden Knight certainly isn’t anything to turn your noble nose up at, this revamped version boasts a generous RTP of 96.5%.

And if you’ve already played more than a handful online slots by High 5 Games, you won’t be surprised to learn that this is another medium volatility release.

It takes a brave and fearless knight to mount his trusty steed and ride into battle. As you’d expect, there are big payouts on offer in the Golden Knight II slot machine to reward such bravery.

The wild symbol, which has been designed in the style of a heraldic flag, appears across all five reels to substitute for all symbols except scatters. Online casinos wave the white flag whenever five wilds appear across the same payline, as that sight sees you claim victory with 5,000 credits.

Wilds also play a central role in the Scatter Bucks feature. Every wild symbol appears with a credit value. Wilds on the first reel are worth between 25 and 10,000 credits, whereas a prize of 1,000 credits is the maximum amount you can win when wilds land on the other four reels.

Make sure you keep an eye out for three or four scatter symbols, as this is key to unlocking the Free Games Bonus when you play the Golden Knight II slot online. You will be granted 8 or 25 free games for landing three or four scatters respectively. While it’s not possible to retrigger the feature, the Scatter Bucks feature remains active, with multipliers of between 2x and 10x coming into play.

Get frustrated when you fail to land a winning combination? Don’t we all? Well, the Golden Knight II online slot boasts a Nudging Reels feature that can change your luck after any non-winning spin. One reel may be selected at random, with the classic nudge feature kicking in to move up to five symbol positions to give you a winning combo.

It took our Golden Knight II review team a minute or two to realize the differences between this sequel and the original Golden Knight slot machine.

Yes, the graphics are far superior and the eagle-eyed gamblers among you will notice the castle is in a different position, but the same bonus features have been retained. We certainly aren’t complaining about that, and nor will you.
