It’s strange, but it works, and gives the game much more personality than a standard candy-themed slot.

The pace was one of my favourite aspects of the game. Spins moved quickly and I landed regular small wins throughout the base game, making it feel consistently rewarding even without triggering the bigger features straight away.

Respin Wilds

Wild Soldier symbols substitute for all regular symbols and trigger the Respins feature whenever they land. During respins, the Wild remains locked in place with its own respin counter until it reaches zero, giving you multiple opportunities to build additional wins.

I triggered the Respins feature several times during my session, and it helped turn a few ordinary spins into much stronger payouts.

Mystery Symbols

Another key game feature in the My Little Dictator slot machine is the inclusion of Mystery symbols. These appear as question-mark boxes and reveal the same regular paying symbol once they transform. I triggered free spins once fairly early in my session and chose to place the expanding reel on the first reel. Although I didn't manage to retrigger the feature, it turned out to be my biggest win of the session, producing a sizeable payout from just a one-coin stake.

Hold & Win Bonus

Landing five or more Bonus symbols triggers the Hold & Win feature. The bonus follows the familiar Hold & Win format, with sticky symbols, three respins and the chance to collect Mini, Major and Grand jackpot prizes. Every new Bonus symbol resets the respin counter back to three, giving you more opportunities to fill the grid.

I wasn't able to trigger the Hold & Win bonus during my play session, although it looked like one of the game's biggest potential features.
