Panda Coins and the Booster Pot

Every coin symbol that lands on the reels carries a value. Land them in sticky frames, and they get collected into the Booster Pot. In the base game, panda coins have values between 1x and 25x, whereas the value mazes out at 1,000x during the free spins feature.

Wild Feature

The Cranky Panda himself doubles up as the wild, substituting for other symbols to complete winning lines whenever possible. After substitution, the wild leaves a frame behind where it landed. Interestingly, for the Mega Cranky Panda Wild, the frames are also applied to 8 to 15 positions.

If frames land on a position that already has a frame, a 1x multiplier will be added to the frame, and this could keep going to 5x. These multipliers are also applied to coin reveals. Frames stay sticky until you land the Chau Gong activation symbol, which converts all icons with frames into wilds or coins.

Scatter Re-spins

When 2 scatters show up, they trigger the scatter re-spin whenever the play area has space for the scatter pair to drop down a row or rows below. Reels containing the scatters will drop a low below, then the remaining reels will re-spin to give more room for new scatters to reappear.

This scatter re-spin mechanic continues till there’s no room for one or the pair of scatters to drop in the row beneath. Re-spins will also end if a third scatter shows up to trigger the free spins feature. Whenever two scatters land, they generate a panda coin that goes to the Free Spins Booster Pot. Additionally, you’ll generate a panda coin for every new scatter.

When a coin symbol lands, it leaves behind a sticky frame. These frames don’t just sit pretty; they mark hot spots that can boost payouts once you collect enough coins.

Mega Panda Symbols

Mega panda icons may land randomly on the reels to create big wins when they replace smaller symbols in the Cranky Panda slot machine.

3, 4, or 5 Yin Yang scatter symbols on the reel will trigger the free spins round, awarding 8, 10, and 12 free spins, respectively.
