Exploring the pond

Royal Frog obviously takes place close to a tiny little pond, where the frogs reside.

The transparent reels are covered in water droplets, and show a background covered in lily pads and flowers. The graphic quality is actually really high despite the light theme of the game. It makes Royal Frog a real pleasure to look at while playing.

The soundtrack of the game is a cute and catchy tune that will be stuck in your head within a minute of hearing it. In a nutshell, Royal Frog is a little bundle of cuteness with a true potential for winning big rewards!

Gameplay details

To keep things as simple and accessible as possible, Quickspin designed Royal Frog around a straightforward and efficient gameplay.

The setup is a classic 5x3 reel set, meaning that the five spinning reels contain three symbols each. Royal Frog features 40 fixed paylines in total. Symbols appearing on these paylines, which can cannot deactivate as in order games, trigger a corresponding cash reward. The command buttons at the bottom of the game screen under the reels are there to help you adjust your bet per line. The gear button will let you access other practical settings to personalise your game. Always keep in mind that your future cash rewards will depend on both the nature of the symbols lining up and the size of your initial bet. Add a few extra coins to your wager to maximize your chances to win the jackpot! You can always modify your settings at any time during the game. List of symbols

Here again, the paytable can be roughly split into two different groups of reel symbols.

The low-paying cards are inspired by playing cards and range from number 10 to the Ace. There is not much to say about them, besides the fact that they will show up often on the reels to compensate their low value.

Things get more interesting with the six main symbols of Royal Frog: three colourful Lily Pads and three equally unique Frogs. Each of these symbols trigger sizeable rewards, and their cartoonish design makes them very endearing as well.

Raising the stakes

To make things more interesting, the gameplay also features an interesting Wild system. You can choose on the Wild scale located on the right-side of the screen how many Wilds you want to introduce in the game, which also increases your bet. The higher you go, the more Frogs turn into Princes, which are Wild cards! Some of them even carry Multipliers.

The Princess card is the regular Wild of the game, also able to replace any other symbol across the reels. Keep also an eye out for the purple Bonus symbol, which initiates ten Free Spins.
