Combinations

We were slightly puzzled with the theme and design of Sahara’s Dreams slot machine, because when the slot game loads, it looks like the theme is one of horror or violence – especially with the skull and numerous weapons on display, but the slot game is a combination of violence and mystery.

The symbols on the reels include various weapons but then there are symbols that look like they have just jumped out from the ‘Aladdin’ story book. The slot may be set in the Sahara, but you will find a Taj Mahal temple on the reels (which is rather odd) – it may be a mirage that you are seeing whilst being dehydrated in the desert, nobody knows. Now, the symbols on the reels are; Taj Mahal, Arabian soldier, Arabian belly-dancer, waterfall, magic lamp (no Genie here I’m afraid), sword, pistol, scorpion, cobra and camel.

There are 5 reels and 10 paylines to Sahara’s Dreams slot machine, allowing you to bet from as little as 0.20 or as much as 50.00.

Battle the Jackpots

The symbol that you really want to fall as five of a kind on the reels is the Arabian soldier – he will award the non-progressive jackpot of 25,000 (when playing maximum stakes). Next up, the Taj Mahal and Arabian belly-dancers both offer 10,000.

Matching five of a kind of the other symbols offers a payout of between 500.00 and 3,750 while betting max stakes.

Hot Features

You will find the usual Fugaso gamble feature present with Sahara’s Dreams slot machine, this allows you to gamble for more – it couldn’t be simpler. Any base game win will trigger the gamble button to become active – collect your wins or go for more. A flashing deck of cards are placed face down on your screen with red options of hearts and diamonds to the left and black options of clubs and spades to the right. Top right highlights the five last outcomes of the game along with the amount you could win, should you guess correctly.

Click the colour suit you think it will be and you’ll know instantly if you’ve won or lost. It goes without saying; correct guesses will double your cash whilst incorrect guesses will kick you back to the reels with nothing.

Taj Mahal is wild and substitutes for every other symbol of the game. Three or more will trigger the free spins bonus.

When free spins are triggered, you will be awarded 10 free spins. At the start of the game, a random symbol is chosen to become an expanded symbol on the reels. This symbol will remain expanded to cover the entire reel for the duration of your free spins to maximise winning potential.

Is It Worth It?

We found Sahara’s Dreams slot machine to be a medium to high variance slot that is very simple to play. Whilst the design and theme may be a bit complicated to get your head around, the ways you can win are simple. The soundtrack offers additional tunes and sounds which allow you to think you are in the jungle (strange enough I suppose) and when a win falls on the reels, the symbols become active to highlight how you’ve won.

There is one decent feature on offer and that is the free spins bonus. The expanding symbols allow you to accumulate some decent cash amounts and not only that, but you can trigger more free spins before you’ve even played out your current 10 spins. We were playing a while before triggering the free spins though, but managed to find 5 of a kind of many symbols during our gameplay.
