Under Par
There's actually nothing under par about this slot, though technically Birdies and Eagles are respectively 1-under and 2-under par. And you'll be feeling like celebrating in the 19th hole if you see plenty of either of these symbols as they're respectively the Bonus Symbols and the Wild Symbol.
