The three fishermen and the Lady seem happy enough and like the shark, there’s some great character design to each. Other symbols such as a rod & reel, vest, and tackle box stick with convention, and there’s a range of standard high card icons on the reels. The animations add to the fun, as the shark uses beer as bait, while fishermen vanish and their hats bob in the water when caught.
Sunken boats filled with gold help to set the scene, and the soundtrack is a lively tune, although it didn’t sound very nautical to my ears.

I always play new games for free before staking any of my own cash, but once I saw how the Shark Boss online slot worked, I was happy to dive right in at a real money online casino. This feature carries on until no new fisherman symbols land.
If the Lady appears when the shark is fishing, she boosts fisherman multipliers by x2, x3, x5, x8, x10, x15, x20 on consecutive spins, although only if the line is in the water for long enough. Randomly, the shark uses a golden trophy as bait, which adds extra fishermen to the reels of the Shark Boss slot machine. Don’t expect the shark to go fishing too often though, as I only saw this feature occasionally.
The shark looking cool in sunglasses is a scatter symbol and any three, four, or five in view unlock eight, 12, or 20 free spins respectively. The shark goes fishing throughout and catching enough fishermen leads to extra spins.
Once he lands a total of 12 fisherman symbols you get eight extra spins where only the two higher-value versions can appear. If he catches 12 more, an additional eight spins are added to the total and all fisherman wilds are the most valuable captain character. Reeling in 26 more fishermen, or a total of 50, automatically pays the maximum prize of 10,000x the stake.
My wins from this feature hit 120x the bet, although I only got to level two before they came to an end.

Why I Like It / Why It’s Different
✅ I loved the fun cartoon style and twist on the fishing theme, where a shark uses beer to catch his prey.
✅ The high volatility ramps up the thrills, with the chance of generous wins on any spin.
