CSI: New York was yet another version of the police procedural drama, only it was based in New York. The series was created by Anthony Zuiker, with Ann Donahue and Carol Mendelsohn. Gary Sinise, Hill Harper and Carmine Giovinazzo played the lead roles in this series, which ran from 2004 to 2013.

The TV series fetched several awards including the prestigious Emmy awards and Screen Actors Guild Awards for visual effects, cinematography, makeup and editing.
