Empire Fortune Slots
A little aura of mystery surrounds the release of the new Empire Fortune slot from Nordic developers Yggdrasil gaming, as the launch date for the game has already been pushed back several times. Originally slated for a May 5th release, the new date is unbelievably still the 5th – but in October!
Now, this is good news and let me tell you why, generally, when any technological product is repeatedly put back like this, it’s because there is a new range of features on the software that the developer hasn’t quite ironed the bugs out of yet. In plain English, if we are correct in our assumptions then this new online slot game is going to have a whole host of never before seen gameplay mechanics, and this is Yggdrasil, the existing ones are already pretty great!
Expectations
Given the new Empire fortune slot game promises to be unique, we can’t really take many guesses as to what the game structure, payline combinations or bonus features might be. We can however, take a guess at the theme based on the limited artwork out there. It would seem that Yggdrasil are adding a new Asian themed slot to their catalogue with this title and the joker character used would indicate there is a strong chance that this is an Asian themed relaunch of the popular Jokeriser slot game.
Summary
By continually delaying this title, Yggdrasil have created a lot of curiosity and intrigue surrounding it, we hope this is intentional, as if this turns out to be standard fare, the customer disappointment from their fans will be palpable!
