Pipezillas takes place in an anonymous city plagued by an invasion of parking monsters, nocturnal creatures that creep out from the sewers at night only to steal parking metres from the city streets.

As such, the game takes place in their underground lair. The place is crowded with various items stolen from the surface world, and gives off a fun, cartoonish themed vibe. One of the monsters, a green hybrid creature half-dinosaur half-octopus wearing yellow overalls, watches over the reels with a big smile on its face and cheers every victory.
