Deal or No Deal – Dream Factory is a branded 5-reel video slot which takes after the hugely popular UK version of the Deal or No Deal television game show. And fans of the show will instantly be familiar with many aspects of this slot machines aesthetic. The reels are set over an image of the game show set, showing the famous walk of wealth while a series of reel icons spin into place to reveal images from the game.
There are the iconic red boxes, the Banker's seal of approval, and even Mr. Noel Edmonds himself – sporting one of his infamously bad shirts! The slot machine also draws out the Dream Factory element of the theme by incorporating little mechanical bits and bobs to adorn the reels. And of course, the whole game runs to the familiar Deal or No Deal theme tune to build a sense of suspense as the reels are in motion.
The base game of this slot machine works just like any other video slot by awarding line wins for sequences of matching symbols across the 20 fixed paylines from left to right. Before players spin the reels though, they should choose their bets by altering the “Bet Per Line” amount keeping in mind that this will actually be multiplied by 20 to make the total bet for each spin. The available stake options are as such: 0.01, 0.0.3, 0.04, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.50, and 5.00. It's safe to say that this game offers plenty of strategical scope for both casual spinners and big time bettors.
Admittedly, the line bet multipliers in this game aren't the most lucrative, but they are quite nicely bunched together so that the lowest wins aren't too far away from the highest wins. For example, five 10, J, or Q icons on a payline will multiply the line bet by 100x while the most rewarding icon – the wild symbol – will award up to 500x for five in a row. The wild symbol will also help complete other winning combinations by substituting for normal paying game symbols.
Those wild icons are also involved in one of the slot machine's special gameplay elements, specifically the “Random Wilds” feature. This occurs arbitrarily during the normal spinning game, and bubbles will emerge to fill the reels with random wild icons and potentially reward some big wins. A similar feature is the “Mystery Win” in which bubbles fill the screen with the same mystery symbol to reward a guaranteed winning sequence.
There are plenty more bonus rounds for spinners to enjoy in the Deal or No Deal Dream Factory, all of which are triggered by finding three scattered telephones on reels 1, 3, and 5. This will take punters deep into the Dream Factory where a random box can be picked to reveal the bonus round that will be played:
Fans of the popular game show will surely enjoy spinning this Deal or No Deal: Dream Factory slot machine. Even though the base game doesn't offer the most lucrative winning prizes, punters will be able to enjoy some sizeable wins while playing one of four entertaining bonus games. In fact, with a Super Deal jackpot of 2,500x, spinners who play a total bet of 100 credits might just spank the Banker and get their hands on that fabled 250,000-credit box.
