My first impression of Fish Trio™ from Playtech was how quickly I settled into the relaxing beach vibe, which includes a soundtrack that helps chill the mood. Reels comprising symbols like wild treasure chests, anchors, and lighthouses spin at a pace that suits the theme. Relax further by selecting one of the 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 spin autoplay options. Knowing that any of the bonus coins that hit the reels can trigger the Underwater Respins Feature, I found my excitement levels rising when one of the bonus fishbowls above the reels started cracking. These theatrics never got dull, despite my hopes being dashed more often than not. What I did find dull was the base game, as long runs of dead spins were only broken occasionally by a few small wins and one 12.60x payout.

After triggering the Underwater Respins Bonus Round after just 12 spins, I was hopeful that it was a feature that triggered often, especially as my win was only 10x my bet. Purchasing all three was a good choice, as the boosts, multipliers, and collect symbols hit the reels thick and fast, triggering many more respins and producing wins of 15 and 74.50 coins in my first two attempts. Just be aware that bonus buy can be highly volatile if you’re playing it at real money casinos, as my third and final purchase resulted in a loss of 49 coins. The upside of this feature is that you can win a grand prize of 1,000x by filling all reel positions with coins.
