My first impression of Plinko Double Wheel was that the gameplay is fast and fun. Live 22 has done an excellent job of elevating the basic Plinko game to a new level with the addition of a pirate theme, free balls, multiplier zones, and two prize wheels. My one negative would be the 0x multiplier pocket, which means this game doesn’t have the 100% hit rate of some types of Plinko. But it’s understandable that there has to be such a mechanism when the Grand Wheel multiplies your bets on single balls by up to 3,000x. The gameplay, bets, features, and bonuses of Plinko Double Wheel will please all types of players. I experimented with ball drop and risk level options to maximize my enjoyment of the multiplier zones, free balls, and prize wheels.

Bets, Ball Drops, and Risk Levels

I prefer playing Plinko Double Wheel with a low or medium risk level, as I found my bankroll didn’t rise or fall as quickly as it did while playing at the high risk level. The downside to this is that the Grand Wheel only offers a top prize of 500x or 1,000x, rather than 3,000x. I found the one ball per drop tedious. Ten balls per drop isn’t bad, but the 100 balls per drop deeply satisfied my fast and fun-loving soul. Bet 0.10 to 500 coins per ball, and find the perfect balance between your budget and the type of prizes you want to win.

Multiplier Pockets, Zones, and Free Balls

Being used to Plinko games with a 100% hit rate, I don’t like that Plinko Double Wheel has a 0x multiplier pocket, but you’ve got to suck it up due to the big prizes on offer. The other multiplier pockets range from 0.5x to 2x, meaning each ball that lands in them will win you between half and double your per-ball stake. I like that balls that hit one multiplier zone, double prizes, while those that hit two quadruple prizes. Land a ball in a free ball pocket to get five free balls. I love that balls that pass through multiplier zones first activate ten or 20 free balls.

I enjoyed the excitement of watching balls hurtling towards the Spin Hole and Golden Spin Hole, and landing balls in them triggers the Normal Wheel and Grand Wheel.
