This is because when three Pac-Man scatter symbols appear on the reels, the free games feature will be triggered. Not only does this feature give you eight free spins, but it will also triple the reels from three to nine, giving you even more chances to win. So, each time this happens, you’ll see the reels physically expand to allow for another six rows on the screen. 

What makes the free games feature even more exciting is that when you spot a Pac-Man wild symbol on the very top row, this will expand to cover the entire reel – providing you with more chances to complete a payline.
