For all its simple style, this game is really striking with its back drop of green, and the revolving dollar sign at centre screen is eye catching. Four bingo cards are displayed in the play area, each one made up of 24 numbers with a gold coin taking up the middle position on each one. Along the top of the screen are the winning combinations to play for. These are shown in grids that as the numbers are crossed off on the bingo cards, will correspond to the patterns.
Four bingo cards play as a default, but to change things up a little, and to place a stake to play, punters can click on the arrow icon at bottom left of the screen to open the games menu. Selecting the gear icon will further open up the game settings. One to four bingo cards can be played with the bet’s made by selecting the credit value and then setting the amount of credits to put into play. Betting on each card is between 1 and 20 credits and is multiplied by the number of cards in play, making the high limit of 80 if playing all four bingo cards.
There are 3 different speeds to release the balls of normal, fast or turbo for very fast play. Punters that wish to add an extra bit of good luck on their side can also choose a talisman from a range of 34 different options that include amongst others, a four leaf clover, lucky cat, and a horseshoe. Each card has a set of numbers that will play from each game. If players fancy changing things up a bit, clicking on the shuffle icon in the game menu will create a new set of numbers on the cards.
When the play button is pressed, 44 coloured balls will be extracted to fill the check area, and the cards will be automatically crossed off. If any wins are close to be made after all the balls have been extracted, up to 10 extra balls can come into play, although these have to be purchased and the cost may vary from ball to ball. Look out for the Z balls as these play for free and at random to allow players to cross off any number they like.
If living life in the fast lane is appealing, then try a different set of balls with the free Turbo 90 City bingo game from nJoy Interactive. It has a real old school feel to it with the design that has a cage for the balls to spin in. It has up to 4 bingo cards with 3 rows of 5 columns of numbers and each card is coloured according to the bet in play. There’s a jackpot to play for but that will need all of the 4 cards activated and a bet higher than 3 on each card. With 30 balls that are released on each game, it also includes the option to buy extra if close to making a winning combo, but for this game there are only up to 3 extra balls. It has the ability to adjust the velocity of the balls released, but for super-fast speeds, hitting the turbo button will get the job done.
There is plenty to play for with Bingo 3000 with a good range of combinations in the pay table and as online bingo goes, it does the job well. There is no download needed to start playing and joining in the fun. Being adjustable with the number of cards allows for low stakes to be played, but those high rollers looking to play for real money can set those stakes high with the 4 cards in active play. The sounds fit to the game, although it’s easy to switch the sound off completely for those that prefer it that way. It’s a simple game, but fun to play for a spot of no nonsense bingo.
