This Blueprint slot has five reels and 20 win lines, although you’ll be able to choose to play as many win lines as you’d like from 1 to 20. You’ll also choose the stake for each win line, which you’ll multiply by the number of lines to give you a total stake for each spin.

To win, you’ll need to land consecutive symbols from left to right on a win line, needing at least 3 playing card symbols in a row or just two of any of the others. The Super Wild symbol is the highest paying, winning you 10,000 coins for five in a row, while the Viz 30 and the Viz symbols win you 750 coins. The other symbols award you between 400 and 100 coins for five in a row.

The Super Wild acts like any other wild in substituting for any other symbol in the game (apart from the bonus symbols) with one added bonus – all wins using this wild are doubled.

This slot has three distinct features, each activated by landing the appropriate scatter symbol three or more times across any of the reels.

Firstly there is the Roger Mellie bonus show. This takes the form of a free spins round, but first you’ll enter a ‘ Deal or no Deal ’ style round to see how many spins you’ll actually have. Each TV on the screen will have an amount of free spins attached and every time you eliminate two you’ll be offered a number of spins based upon the value of TV screens left. If using three scatters to land the bonus, you can win up to 50 free spins, but landing four or five scatters could mean 100 or 200 free spins. The second bonus feature is ‘Johnny’s Wheel of Fartune’. Each reel containing the symbol will now change into the ‘ Wheel of Fartune ’ and will spin until it comes to a rest on a stake multiplier. Add all of the stake multipliers together to see your total win in the feature.

The final feature of the game is the ‘Usual Suspects’ bonus round where you’ll see a number of the characters lined up for a police picture, much like in the film of the same name. This is a pick-em round, where each holds a different multiplier. This slot is both entertaining and humorous, although you wouldn’t expect anything else from a game on the subject of the Viz comic. However, Blueprint hasn’t rested on their laurels here and has made the slot highly playable too – the three features all fun and involving. The best feature of all is the free spins round, both for the original way you’ll gain the free spins and the fact that you could win the progressive Jackpot at any time.
