Vegas Slot II Slots

Vegas Slot II is a casino-themed video slot brought to you by the Parlay Games software suite. This five-reel slot is spread over 20 (unfixed) paylines, and plays upon many familiar touchstones of Sin City’s gambling origins. We’re referring, of course, to the four card suits – clubs, diamonds, hearts and spades – as well as triple 7s and dice.

Vegas Slot II gives gamers plenty of bang for their buck. As well as a solid base game, the non-progressive slot boasts a random jackpot, which can be won on any spin. Furthermore, the title includes several special symbols, including a free spins bonus, a substituting wild and a bonus icon. Without further ado, let’s discuss the finer points of this lurid casino slot.

What happens in Vegas…

Vegas Slot II takes place on a square of what looks like purple baize. As stated, the paylines are unfixed: numbers run up the sides of the reel grid, and depending on how many lines you elect to play, the corresponding number will light up. You can set the payines by clicking on the button marked Lines at the bottom of the screen. There’s also an AutoPlay mode, with plenty of choice as to the number of automatic spins you might want to play. You can, for instance, play 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 500 or even 750 automatic spins.

In the control panel, you’ll find buttons marked Paytable, Coins, Coin Value, Bet Max, Spin and AutoPlay. These buttons are pretty self-explanatory, but you will want to know that the number of coins goes between one and five, and the coin value is 0.01 to 1. As such, this could be considered a penny slot – though you can still stake 100 credits at maximum bet.

The symbols on the 5x3 reel grid, meanwhile, include a pile of varicoloured poker chips, dice, a stack of dollar bills, triple 7s, a silver dollar sign and the aforementioned suit symbols: clubs, spades, diamonds and hearts. The best-paying of the game’s regular symbols is the dollar sign, which furnishes you with 15 for three, 150 for four and 900 for five. Next, it’s the triple 7s, which pay 12, 120 and 450, followed by the stack of cash (10, 100, 300). All wins pay left to right except the scatter, which pays anywhere.

Find the Gold Coin for Free Spins

Parlay Games don’t mess with their formula too much, and as such it should be no surprise that you’ll be entitled to 13 free spins for landing three, four or five gold coins. During free spins, all wins are tripled except bonus wins, and scatter wins are added to regular payline wins: you’ll win 5, 10 or 100 for three, four and five, respectively. All bets and lines played are the same bet level as the game that sparked the free spins.

Four of a Kind Wild

Four aces is a hell of a hand, and this is the symbol to watch out for in Vegas Slot II. The ace flush is wild, meaning it can replace all other symbols in the game, excluding the aforementioned scatter and bonus.

The wild is also associated with the game’s most generous pay-outs. For example, you’ll win 13 for two, 130 for three, 1,300 for four and 13,000 for five. Not too bad at all!

Gold Bullion Bonus

The bonus symbol is represented by a pair of gold bars. The currency buys you picks in the bonus game when you land three, four or five on adjacent reels. The maximum bonus win is 1,000, but there are several other high values to be uncovered. What’s more, the bonus round can be triggered during an allocation of free spins. All bonus wins are added to payline wins when you return to the base game.

Spinning Reels in Sin City

Vegas Slot II is a solid offering from Parlay Games, but you will notice one thing if you’re a seasoned gamer – namely, that it is virtually undistinguishable from many other offerings from Parlay Games. Still, if you can overlook the feeling of deja vu, you can have some fun with this one. The graphics aren’t going to win any awards, but the brace of bonus features gives you the chance to make some nice wins. The 13,000 jackpot is also pretty high. Take it for a test drive in free mode and decide whether you want to play for real.
