Essentially, what happens is this, the roundabout sign will move to the middle position of the third reel, causing every symbol in an adjacent position to rotate in a clockwise fashion.

What's more, an extra traffic cop wild symbol will be added to the reels to help players line up more wins. In fact, there is at least one guaranteed win considering that the roundabout sign also acts as a wild icon.
