With a name like Bingo you can expect one thing. Or at least you should be able to expect one thing – bingo. And by bingo we mean bingo by the bucketload (how's that for alteration?) Before we come to analyse just how many balls are being pulled from the barrel and how many numbers get called in an average minute on this website – "Legs 11!" – it's probably best to begin with the more important matter of how it all looks. And, in this instance, it's rather a confusing matter.
To say that Bingo looks dated or bad quality really would be unfair and inaccurate. The website is really very polished and has clearly been made very recently, or by developers that had an eye for the way website were going. Not quite 'panelled' like many Windows-based tablets, nevertheless it gives an impression of being just that simply because the design is so sleek. Things look really polished, and the differentiation between text explaining what an option is, and accompanying thumbnail image, is really effective without being obtuse or indeed garish.
So far so much, much better than the vast majority of bingo – and indeed casino – websites out there, it's also important to note that the layout is logical, too. At the top of the page you have the brand name and logo, and a picture of a lovely looking Dalmatian dog, which is apparently something of a company mascot. It's also significant that if you're using an iOS device, as we were, there's a prompt from your device to download the Bingo app from the App Store.
Sadly, our Android expert wasn't in the country when we tested out this site, but we'd be surprised if it didn't do the same and prompt a download of the standalone app. This, added to the fact that this domain is Bingo- which must have been worth a fair amount of cash- shows that the people behind this one, for once, are not messing about and have been willing to invest properly in their offering. And this definitely shows in what's on offer.
Scroll down the landing page and the options, or rather the breadth of options, start to become apparent once you're past the bonus promotion and Play Bingo Now thumbnail links. The majority of the screen is dominated by Bingo and Casino, and these in themselves have some pretty expansive offerings. We'll come to the specifics later but what this tells us is that we're in for a decent casino time and most likely a very good bingo time too. With this in mind, and points definitely earned, let's move on and see what we mean by all that jazz.

Not just a clever subheading, click on casino and you'll see what happens. Immediately transported to a world of casino games, what's interesting is that many of the options within this section were not options on the homepage and usually we hate this and mark sites down for crimes against humanity. Or at least misdemeanours against players.
Not so in this case. So, while you need to be in the Casino area of the site before you can hope to realise this covers everything from Slots to Jackpots, in this instance that's makes sense- there's so much going on that to try and include it all, or even the majority, on the homepage would be far too much and far too hectic. Done in this way ensures users won't feel overwhelmed.
As for the casino games themselves, there are lots and lots to go through and get involved with, and we're not just talking about slots. Although they do occupy a good deal of the section. The initial selection is all about New Games, and as with so many websites this is dominated by slots. Then you have a whole slot area to itself, giving an idea as to how many there are here.
Moving further through, you'll soon find the Table Games, and there's a good choice of these, too – blackjack and roulette being our favourite but by no means should you take that to mean this is limited. In addition to those, you'll also find Jackpots, which are like Instant Wins, and Video Poker, which, as it sounds, is basically online poker with a video dealer handing out the cards. The result is a game that feels and plays much more like the real thing than a simulation, and you also get a greater sense of being up against someone – or rather some other people – as the play is live and anyone can join. Hence why we love it so much.
Don't worry, we didn't really. Amazingly, we recent reviewed one bingo website that actually failed to make it clear what kind of bingo was on offer without people signing up. Given the mantra of good web design is making everything as easy to find, ascertain, and use as possible for users who may not be techy, that's obviously an oversight.
We won't bore you with the details, but let's just say there are plenty of different bingo games to get through and enough to keep you busy for a good while. In fact enough to keep you busy for far longer than many other websites will. There are also bingo mini games, which you don't see that often, special promotions and daily offers to boot. Which brings us nicely to the next episode...
OK, it's not really an offer or a promotion, but it's worth noting that there are ongoing casino tournaments to enter which can pay out some pretty serious money. Casino Tournaments can be found in the Casino area – clicking on the option brings up a list of what's on the cards (pun very much intended) and when.
You'll also find Bingo comes with a complete bingo news section. Rather than this being the latest gossip from the real world of bingo, though, it's basically just a news feed of updates about the site itself, however it is well maintained and regularly updated, which is more than we can say for most and as such we're marking the site up for this- keeping players informed all the way. In addition to all this, you'll also find a complete set of guides to all the games on offer, which is helpful for newcomers, and a competitive set of promotions on an ongoing basis- a key selling point for many on the hunt for a good bargain.
Finally, Bingo does well not just at supporting mobile users – who get their own standalone app not to mention responsive website- but also promoting the mobile arm of the brand; many other websites assume you will assume, and find, the mobile bingo site, rather than be point you to it.
There's not a lot not to like about Bingo really. We love the dog, simply because we love dogs, but more so the overall design is fantastic and definitely up there with the slickest we have seen in quite some time. The selection of games, and the breadth of game types, is really good, and the games are on the whole very up to date. Overall, then, we're struggling to thing of much to criticise here, which basically means you should think very wisely before passing up an opportunity to join.
