Slots Ltd Casino Review

Slots Ltd are their name and slots are their game. Not just slots though, cos it’s extremely uncommon for a casino to focus on slots at the exclusion of all else. Even bingo sites are prone to throwing in the odd blackjack and roulette game alongside their slots. Naturally, Slots Ltd has more to it than a gazillion video slots. The first thing that will strike you about this site is just how annoying its animated logo is. Approximately once a second, a poker chip drops in from the top of the screen and reveals the Slots Ltd logo. Done once, it’s kinda cool. Done more than once – like, say an infinite number of times – it’s maddeningly infuriating.

The most annoying thing about Slots Ltd is that it uses fixed navigation. This means that you can’t escape the animated logo: scroll down the page and it stays with you. Who decided this was a good idea? Despite launching in 2016, Slots Ltd looks distinctly older than that. Nothing about this site looks right including the homepage text below the fold which uses weird capitalisation and just feels wrong. Sometimes you just get a feeling that a site isn’t up to scratch from the moment you alight on its homepage, and that’s the case here. Slots Ltd just feels off, and while the stupid animated logo deserved some of the blame, there’s more to it than that.

About Slots Ltd

Slots Ltd is operated by ProgressPlay Ltd who are based in Valletta in Malta. They hold a license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority as well as by the UK Gambling Commission. The site has over 400 casino games that can be played, though it’s all in vain as no one in their right mind would attempt to play at a site where your attention is constantly being grabbed by a bouncing logo. It’s like trying to work on an Apple computer while some stupid pop-up icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen is trying to grab your attention. It’s impossible to concentrate. As a consequence, it means nothing that Slots Ltd has over 400 games. Sure, you could full screen them and block out the the flashing logo, but in reality you’ll have given up long before then. If you require customer support, you can get hold of a team member by live chat or email.

Slots Ltd’s Banking

“We accept deposits from many different credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Solo, Switch, Diners Club and Discover,” states the banking page at Slots Ltd. It’s nice to see such a wide range of cards supported, including many that were probably last used around the 1980s, but where are all the other deposit options? Where’s the ewallets and bank transfer options? Actually, it turns out there are some, but you’ll need to scroll way further down the banking page to find them and good luck trying to read about your deposit options while that infernal logo is bouncing away in the navigation bar.

Bonus Cash on Offer

There’s a 100% welcome bonus worth up to €200 when you sign up at Slots Ltd. This bonus cash is subject to a 50x playthrough requirement before it can be withdrawn. Working out what the deal is with the other promotions available at the site isn’t easy because Slots Ltd is such a mess. Page elements don’t load, text is jumbled together and the whole thing is impossible to decipher. It’s a mystery why any operator would commission a site which looks and plays this poorly. There’s the usual meme promotion named Monday Madness, there’s Game of the Day, Weekly Surprise and a few others.

You Can Be a VIP

There’s a VIP scheme in place at Slots Ltd which operates just like every other VIP scheme out there; the more you deposit the more you’ll receive. For every €16 wagered you’ll receive one point. Earn 500 points and you’ll level up from bronze to silver, and then to gold, platinum and diamond. VIP schemes are invariably of little use unless you’re in the habit of depositing thousands of pounds at the casino, in which case you probably couldn’t care less about the odd birthday bonus or cashback provision in any case. In other words, Slots Ltd’s VIP scheme is no worse than anything else out there but it’s all a largely superficial gesture, a scheme which doesn’t benefit players in any tangible way.

Stretching Things a Bit!

Just when you thought you’d seen all the web design failings that a site could muster, along comes Slots Ltd’s live casino page and lowers the tone some more. There’s a green Play Now button which has been completely stretched and distorted across the page width. Once again, it’s anyone’s guess why this is here and why the developers of this site haven’t got it sorted. Coupled with the perma-animated logo which is of course on this page too and you wind up with a web page that’s barely serviceable. The games that can be played live include various versions of roulette and some blackjack and baccarat.

Half and Half

The slots available at Slots Ltd are about 50% good and 50% bad. Titles such as Jurassic World, Fortunes of Sparta and Foxin Wins are worth a shot. You can avoid Irish Luck, Scruffy Duck, Mad Mad Monkey, Theatre of Night and Valhalla though. For a site with slots in its name, the slots at Slots Ltd really aren’t that great. There’s a selection of scratch cards too, but these aren’t much cop either. Actually some of the games are passable, but the majority are cheap and nasty, as is the case with Irish Eyes and Doctor Love. Germinator and Dawn of the Bread are better though.

Slots Ltd Conclusion

Slots Ltd is an awful site that could be turned into a passable site in about three seconds flat. All the operator of this site would have to do is fix that stupid logo and the site would actually be playable. Tidy up a few other faults and it might even be an enjoyable site to play at. Badly designed websites aren’t limited to the online gambling industry. But given the fierce competition there is on the web for players, you’d think that operators would be doing everything in their power to try and make their sites look as attractive as possible.

What’s the point in spending ages creating a site and loading it with games only to then wreck it by adding some stupid and needless animations? It beggars belief. Try and spend more than 30 seconds on Slots Ltd without raging hard and wanting to quit your browser, internet, computer and possibly life. Even if you love slots and they’re by far your favourite type of casino game, you should find somewhere else to play at. Slots Ltd will only make you rage.
