Bingo Jetset Review

Bingo Jetset. Where do we even start? By starting at the start, with the first thing that hits you upon alighting on the homepage at Bingo Jetset. Wowsers. There’s so much that’s wrong with this site. Thankfully we’ve got 1,250 words in which to dissect it, which is more words and care than have been lavished on Bingo Jetset since the day it was released to the world. It’s not even been written yet, and already this review is the best thing about this beleaguered website.

Before open season on the Cassava Enterprises site starts however, let’s start by saying something nice about Bingo Jetset. Here goes: if you are a desktop user and aren’t particularly bothered by responsive design and all of the other facets that go into making a modern website, you could sign up here and play bingo. The site works – barely, but it works – and there’s certainly bingo games and slots to be played here, as well as bonus cash to be claimed and money to be made. That’s the good stuff.

About Bingo Jetset

Bingo Jetset is operated by Cassava Enterprises, who have a track record for releasing bingo sites at a rate of knots and then abandoning them from day one. No updates, no new games, nothing. Sure, the sites still work for a while, but like leaving a new car in the garage, it’s only a matter of time till it starts to gather dust and the tyres start to deflate. Bingo Jetset has gone to seed so badly that it almost warrants keeping alive as a memento of how bad the internet used to look.

Anorexically skinny and laden with impossibly small text and cramped menus, there is nothing inviting about this site whatsoever. The company behind it are based in Gibraltar and they have, to their credit, got sites to their name that look the part, but that’s because those sites were developed in the last couple of years. There is no evidence to show that Bingo Jetset has been updated in the past five years. Whatever the case, the site nevertheless holds a gaming license, issued by the Great Britain Gambling Commission to parent company 888 group ltd.

No Banking Page

Don’t expect Bingo Jetset to have a banking page – this site has barely got a homepage. Nor has it got favicons (those icons, usually bearing a site’s logo that appear in the browser tab). That’s how old Bingo Jetset is. It must be said that there are Cassava Enterprises sites way newer than Bingo Jetset that don’t have a banking page either. For some reason, this is just a thing that the site’s operators don’t go in for. It’s like they deliberately want to deter potential customers.

Admittedly, it’s not the absence of a banking page that’s gonna deter you from Bingo Jetset: it’s everything else about this site. Still, if you’d like to know what your deposit and withdrawal options are, cast your gaze towards the bottom of the page. Here you’ll find a scrolling list of payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Entropay, PayPal, Paysafecard, Neteller. Use any of these options to withdraw or deposit funds, except for Paysafecard which can be used for deposits only. To withdraw funds, you can also use bank transfer or cheque.

Outdated Bonus Info

Bingo Jetset is so old and so dated that there isn’t a solitary image on the homepage detailing its welcome bonus. All you’ll find is a mention of it in the smallprint. Due to the absence of any kind of content on the homepage whatsoever save for a couple of sidebar widgets, this smallprint lands pretty far up the page, so it’s easy to spot, even if you’re still gonna have to crane your eyes to work out what exactly it says.

Peer really close and you should just about be able to decipher the text which speaks of a 100% first deposit bonus when you deposit £10. Is that it? Wow, how the times have changed. Most modern Cassava Enterprises sites will dispense a welcome bonus of at least 300% when you deposit £10 nowadays, while sites by other operators will pay a welcome bonus of 400% up to £2,000 plus a £15 no deposit bonus. In other words, you get more money for signing up at some sites than you do for making your first deposit at Bingo Jetset.

Progressive Mystery

75-ball and 90-ball bingo are the two types of bingo that can be claimed at all Cassava Enterprises sites, Bingo Jetset included. That hasn’t changed since this site was developed. On the homepage of the site, one of the sidebar tabs details the value of the progressive jackpots, a figure which currently exceeds £5,000. Is this for bingo or for slots? It isn’t explained, so it’s left to the player to guess. The only real way to find out what’s in store at Bingo Jetset – another trait that curses most Cassava Enterprises sites – is by signing up and logging in.

There might not be much information about bingo to be found at Bingo Jetset, but there is a winners page that details the sort of sums that have been won. As it points out though, these wins came on the network Bingo Jetset is part of. They almost certainly weren’t won at Bingo Jetset, for it’s doubtful that the site even has any active players. The sorts of sums published on the Winners page are certainly encouraging – who wouldn’t be excited to scoop over £20,000 in their first week on the site? – but this money almost certainly didn’t come from bingo. Instead it will have come from slots.

Bingo Jetset Conclusion

There’s really no way of being nice about Bingo Jetset. It’s a shocker of a site, one that should have been pulled from the web years ago. It’s not as if Cassava Enterprises don’t have enough flourishing sites out there. All they’re doing with sites like Bingo Jetset is diluting their brand and creating a poor impression that’s likely to deter any potential players who have the misfortune of stumbling across this site in search of bingo sustenance.

Thankfully most players, even those who aren’t the slightest bit tech literate, will know an outdated site when they see one, and are unlikely to commit to Bingo Jetset. If you were to do so, however, you probably could play bingo and other games, competing in the same sort of jackpot games as can be enjoyed at better sites linked to the same network. Why would you want to though? The welcome bonus is the meanest in the business and there is frankly nothing appealing about Bingo Jetset whatsoever.
