Evoplay Entertainment has upgraded familiar mechanics to give one of its bestselling Ancient Greece myth-based slots an extra burst of gameplay energy.
Temple of Thunder III dropped this week with Jackpot Boosters and a Full Grid 2x multiplier mechanic to add a gentle yet high-energy upgrade to its predecessors.

As with Temple of Thunder II, a Hold & Win bonus round is where all the most exciting action takes place.
While landing five Coin symbols anywhere on the 5×3 grid triggered ToT2’s bonus round, the threequel’s bonus game kicks in when players land six or more Cash, Jackpot or Booster symbols anywhere on the same sized grid as its predecessor.
The bonus round in ToT2 led to three Jackpots offering from 10x to 500x a player’s stake, and a pretty elusive Epic Jackpot of 3,624x, (max win potential for ToT2 is $362,400), which could only arrive when filling all 15 positions on the grid with Coin symbols.
In ToT3, there are five fixed jackpots from Mini to Grand sitting above the reels that can reward players from x10 to a maximum x200 their stake.
What ups the ante in ToT3 is that once the bonus round is triggered, bonus symbols lock in place and players are rewarded with three re-spins. Each new symbol resets the counter.

As with ToT2’s onerous fill-all-positions route to the Epic 3,624x jackpot, to trigger ToT3’s theoretically thrilling Full Grid 2x feature – which doubles all collected rewards before the Hold & Win bonus round ends – players will need to fill all 15 positions with bonus symbols.
As such, the most players can possibly win on ToT3 is $311,300. To win it, you’ll need to land the largest multiplier of 3,113x in the bonus round while betting the maximum bet per spin permitted, which is $100.
Nevertheless, the Hold & Win bonus round can be triggered straight from the base game and the Free Spins therein, which can re-trigger ten extra Free Spins when you land three Scatter symbols, which here appear as the game’s titular temple gates.
