The interactive arm of Bally’s, rebranded to Bally’s Intralot in 2025, has inked a new partnership with Scotland-based B2B games provider Incentive Games to roll out multiple real-money titles.
Incentive Games announced the deal on LinkedIn on Monday, stating that the games will be available to Bally’s Intralot subsidiaries and its player base.
Trade media cited Incentive’s Chief Commercial Officer Ahmed Baker as saying that his company’s games were “designed to deliver both entertainment and strong commercial performance.” The Scottish brand said the Bally’s partnership gave it the chance to “showcase our unique approach on a global stage.”
deliver fresh and engaging experiences to our players”
Bally’s Intralot Product Operations Director Dezso Pazmany, meanwhile, stated that Incentive’s “exciting and innovative games will be a great addition” and that they will “deliver fresh and engaging experiences to our players.”
According to reports, the first games from Incentive launched on the Bally’s Intralot site earlier this year, while more titles will be launched in 2026.
Bally’s Intralot got its new name after Bally’s Corporation entered into a complex transaction with Greek lottery giant Intralot in July 2025. The deal handed Bally’s Corp $1.74bn in cash and $1.314bn in newly issued Intralot shares, giving it 58% equity interest in Intralot.
In return for cash and shares, the Rhode Island-based firm gave Intralot its Bally’s Interactive arm, which upon the deal’s completion in October, the Greek corporation rebranded to Bally’s Intralot.
