Police officers arrested two people following an investigation into prostitution taking place at the Valley Forge Casino in Pennsylvania and the nearby Stardust Hotel. Law enforcement conducted frequent patrols outside the property last month after receiving a tip about the illegal activity.

A woman who advertised her services online was seen leaving the hotel accompanied by two men. When police stopped the group, the woman provided a fake name and resisted arrest. They eventually detained her and discovered that she had outstanding drug charges; officers found used syringes and crack cocaine after searching her.

They released one of the men and took the other into custody. The unnamed individual had a separate drug-related warrant in Philadelphia and also was carrying drug paraphernalia on his person at the time of his arrest.

The man and woman underwent booking at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility and will face preliminary hearings.

Valley Forge Casino was also in the news for the wrong reasons last month when an armed robbery took place at the property. Masked men brandished firearms and tried to rob the FanDuel Sportsbook. After failing to secure money from the cashier, they stole a tips box that was on the counter containing about $120.
