Many of the biggest performers will be entertaining partygoers at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, such as Travis Scott, Meek Mill, and DJ Khaled. Only 200 VIPs received invitations to the event, including Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, and Emily Ratajkowski, according to reports from Page Six. Other guests will be NBA players, leading CEOs, and finance moguls.

The casino is currently creating custom-made tables for the 007-themed event, including those on which performers will be showing off their talents during the action. Comedian Kevin Hart will reportedly emcee the proceedings.

Raising big money

REFORM Alliance focuses on changing parole and probation laws in the US and has aided the passage of various bills in 11 states so far. Its goal is to help develop a pathway for people who get stuck in the system. This will be the first official fundraiser event for the organization, with a $1m jackpot up for grabs.

The casino is fronting the jackpot cash and the hope is that REFORM Alliance will be able to raise $20m. The buy-in for the blackjack games is $100,000 per player, with non-playing guests forking out $50,000. Helicopters will transport people between Atlantic City and New York City on the night.

Pushing for a Times Square casino

Fundraisers involving some form of gambling are popular, whether it is blackjack, roulette, or poker. Jay-Z himself has been making some moves in the gambling space, being a part of a bid to bring a commercial casino to Times Square in Manhattan. His entertainment company Roc Nation is working alongside Caesars Entertainment and property firm SL Green for the proposal.

Three downstate New York casino licenses are currently up for grabs, with many of the biggest names in the gambling world vying for one of the lucrative spots. Jay-Z believes that the “Caesars Palace Times Square” would benefit the entire city in a multitude of ways, including providing new jobs and stimulus for local businesses. The rapper also is a part of Fanatics’ expansion into the US sports betting space.
