Las Vegas Locally, a local news source, took to X to share IGT’s confirmation of the news:
IGT describes Megabucks as “the world’s first wide area progressive jackpot system.” The Nevada jackpot on the IGT website is listed as having been won on April 1. It happened 126 days after the previous Nevada jackpot, which was more than $11m on November 26, 2025.
