An ex-supercar dealer turned FBI fugitive and now a Nevada US House Candidate has been banned from all MGM Resorts International properties in Las Vegas.

Convicted felon Bobby Khan might be running for US Congress, but he won’t be permitted to set foot inside the Bellagio, Aria, Cosmopolitan, MGM Grand, or Mandalay Bay.

never gambled or even caused an inconvenience”

MGM also banned Khan, who has 90,000 followers on Instagram, from the T-Mobile Arena and its other properties in New Jersey, Mississippi, Maryland, and Massachusetts. Khan took to X on Thursday to confirm his blacklisting, stating he’d “never gambled or even caused an inconvenience at any of those properties:”

The global gaming giant warned the former used car dealer “of potential arrest and prosecution for trespassing if he even tries entering” the above.

Wrath of Khan

While MGM reportedly didn’t give Khan the reason for his blacklisting, the Republican Congressional candidate often posts videos he’s filmed inside MGM properties on social media while slamming the Vegas-based corporation for “price-gouging, poor service and other unethical practices.”

In his combative response to the ban on X, Khan suggested he was using his run on Congress to justify “speaking about how expensive things have gotten at MGM properties.”

The high-profile figure born Babar Khan in Scotland, claimed an audience of 23 million people watched his videos and because of that reason MGM “decided to use a law to try and silence me.”

Khan called on Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo and Congresswoman Dina Titus to stand with him and “condemn this (sic) Corporate Giants behavior.” The man once on the FBI’s “Most Wanted” list under the Obama Administration questioned not being able to take his family places “because I publicly called out a CEO AND BILLION DOLLAR corporation?”

Bill Hornbuckle get your house in order!”

Khan took to Instagram recently highlighting an allegation that an MGM nightclub employee shamed a woman based on her clothing, writing: “MGM Is a big problem in this town between their price gouging, bad service and now this. Bill Hornbuckle get your house in order!”

Khan said he will fight the ban, stating: “I’ll take this to the Supreme Court!”

Con turned lawmaker

Khan evaded the feds for six years following a 2014 wire fraud indictment in New Jersey where prosecutors accused him of securing bank loans for luxury vehicles that customers never received. He surrendered to US officials in 2020 and served eight months in federal prison.

Khan was still under supervised release when he started his 2026 Congressional campaign.

On the campaign front ahead of the June 9 Republican primary, Khan has only raised $39,000 against his GOP rival State Senator Carrie Buck’s $500,000. Khan, who lives in Las Vegas, ended his response to the MGM ban by inviting supporters to visit his Congressional campaign website.
