Las Vegas-based Boyd Gaming has announced it expects to open its new Cadence Crossing casino in Henderson ahead of schedule in late March.
According to a Thursday earnings call, Boyd officials initially said the Vegas Valley casino would open mid-2026, but Boyd President and CEO Keith Smith told investors on the call it would instead be March.
The 50,000 sq-ft Cadence Crossing will include a 10,000 sq-ft casino, “Boyd’s first development in more than 20 years” and 450 slot machines. Cadence will replace the firm’s Jokers Wild property on Boulder Highway.
