Circa Resort & Casino in Las Vegas is to host what it claims is the biggest slot party in the world.
The Derek Stevens-owned casino has announced a July 19 date for Slotapalooza, the World’s Largest Slot Party.

The focal point of the all-day Saturday event billed as a “celebration of spins, sips and surprises” is a pitch-up-and-play-style tournament. According to reports, the party will start after the tournament “across the entire casino.”
Cleopatra the focus
Over the past months, all Strip casino operators have experienced a revenue dip coupled with a fall in visitors to Vegas. Circa, it seems, is hoping its flashy marketing approach will get customers flocking to its showpiece property.
According to local media influencer heavyweight Vegas24seven, both the all-day tournament and evening party “are free and open to the public.”
“Let’s fill every machine on the floor and make history,” Circa posted on Instagram.
Circa will run the slots tournament on its Cleopatra machines, giving players a single two-minute free entry “to test their luck and climb the leaderboard.”
The ultimate winner can choose between $2,500 cash or a Game King Poker slot machine. The top 50 payouts, the release stated, will offer “$15,000 in total slot freeplay.”
Circa is also laying on an open bar for Slotapalooza attendees, along with giveaways, and CEO showmanship from Stevens, who will kick off the party.
Stevens cranks it up
According to a news release, the party will feature across Circa’s casino floors and include all its slot machines. Along with an open bar from 7-9pm, $5,000 is earmarked for slot freeplay giveaways “every 90 seconds for 15 minutes.”

Stevens hyped up the event, albeit while getting in a few plugs about the size of his resort’s sportsbook and bar, stating: “It’s going to be a party for the ages, celebrating the players who bring our casino floor to life every day with a day they’ll never forget.”
