A group of gamblers has just had a night at a casino that they will never forget, even more so now that the video of their big win is doing the rounds on social media.

A video of the group winning big on roulette now has 1.2 million views on X and has been shared by popular accounts such as Bleacher Report and Barstool Gambling. From the video, it appears they place a $100,000 bet on a single number in roulette. The number comes up and the men celebrate wildly:

If the $100,000 wager did in fact come in, then it would return $3.6m. It seems the reaction of the men would be warranted in that situation, as they hug each other and cheer loudly in front of the table. Many casino goers are watching the action unfold, also implying there is a significant amount at risk.

many users are sceptical of the incident

Despite claims made by several high-profile accounts as to the amount on the line, many users are sceptical of the incident, claiming that the men are not betting with $100,000 at all. One user called @Jon83989650 said the amount “seems unlikely” because of casino bet “limits,” although another user retorted that gamblers could ask permission to place bigger bets.

It is also unclear in which casino the incident takes place, although the men in the group and onlookers appear to be speaking in Spanish.

If the win is confirmed, it will place among the biggest casino roulette wins in history. This includes $3.5m won by Pedro Grendene Bartelle in 2017. The Brazilian businessman bet $35,000 on a single roulette spin. Meanwhile, British business mogul Sir Philip Green won $2.7m in 2004.
