Companies need to foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation by encouraging employees to come up with new ideas and test them out, rather than sticking to the same old formula. It’s also important to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the ever-changing iGaming industry. Gaining feedback from our business partners and players is another method to identify areas for improvement, obtain valuable insights, and keep positive rapport amongst the networks in the long-run.
Your latest release Farmland Frenzy Maxways was a hit in the VSO News office. Can you explain a bit about what makes the game great?
Farmland Frenzy Maxways features more than one million ways to win, plus unstoppable cascading action and collectible symbols which allow players to earn extra spins and multipliers by unlocking the levels.
How did the idea first come about for the game?
We get inspired by famous farm games with cute elements which draw from social games. Our designers took about three months to sketch the idea, go through the stages of preparation, and lastly release the product.
What’s next for Spadegaming going into the rest of 2023?
Now our games can be found in both land-based and online casinos across Asian countries. They’re highly recognized and loved by the players, and we look forward to expanding our reach to newer markets like the LATAM region and more.
