Popular gambling streamer Trainwreck has revealed that he’s taking a break from making content due to the “insane losses” he has racked up recently. The 35-year-old only recently returned to Kick after a three-month break. It hasn’t been a success so far, as Trainwreck said in an X post that he’s having his worst run of luck for five years.

Breaking down the numbers, he said that he has bet hundreds of millions on real money slot games only to have a return to player (RTP) of just 85%. For context, most online slot games have RTPs of around 94% to 97%.

Trainwreck accumulated over $10m in losses after just a few days, which meant he was gambling his own money rather than the regular salary he gets from his partnerships with Stake.

This still pales in comparison to Trainwreck’s worst-ever month of gambling, which came in 2022 when he lost $40m.
