The President of the United States Donald Trump is seemingly hitting peak polarizing power after he posted an image sponsored by a crypto casino firm.

The Stake-tagged image of the POTUS and UFC President Dana White on the White House lawn beneath Heathcliffe-esque skies was shared on X by internet detective Coffeezilla, who called the move “wild”:

Coffeezilla warned of “a casino takeover of culture” as Stake’s influencer-style marketing has hit a new Presidential level on social media.

While the ubiquity of iGaming and prediction markets in the US is at an all-time high, having an influencer-capable President give free promotion to an offshore betting site has divided opinion.

Stake’s marketing department will nevertheless quietly celebrate its latest brand champion, who reportedly used AI to place Stake’s logo on his Thursday Truth Social post promoting UFC Freedom Fights 250/FREAK MMA series at the White House this summer summer.

In doing so, President Trump has done for Stake what the Louis Theroux documentary did for Rainbet, and boosted its viewership.
