Software developer Animo Studios has rolled out a first-generation multiplier roulette game show white-labeled exclusively for cryptocasino giant Stake.

The Stake City Roulette product powered by the Victoria, Australia-based studio is live on Stake platforms, with the crypto brand advertising “up to 499:1 payouts” on the online casino game.
The exclusive rollout comes from a long collaboration between fellow Australia-based Stake and the digital studio owned by influencer and Fortnite champion Harley Fresh “to reimagine how players engage with live casino games.”
According to trade media, Stake City Roulette is a gameshow-inspired, a first-of-its-kind game offering “a distinctive experience not currently seen elsewhere in the market.”
Worlds within games
The Victoria studio’s proprietary animated live dealers host Stake City Roulette within “a fully immersive virtual environment” that includes in-world branding including billboards paying tribute to Stake co-founder Ed Craven, the “Mayor of Stake City.”
According to trade media, Stake City Roulette is powered by Animo’s in-house advanced broadcasting, machine learning, and custom-built software-combined technology stack.

The exclusive rollout follows earlier beta integrations in late 2025 and features the tech stack that turns the appearance of real human hosts into real time, live-action-animated characters. Rather than AI-designed or simulated presenters, the Animo tech in Stake City Roulette “maintains the authenticity and energy of a live dealer within a uniquely created virtual world.”
Fresh stated after the launch that Animo tech blended “real-time entertainment with technology that brings any recognisable characters and interactive environments to life.”

Fresh said that Stake City Roulette was “an early example of our technology’s possibilities” and that his studio was aiming to “advance live experiences that push beyond the current limitations of traditional products.”

Stake-linked executive Brais Pena said the crypto firm was constantly pushing the online casino experience envelope, and that Stake City Roulette had all that. In collaborating with providers like Animo, Pena added, Stake is “able to offer our community innovative content they simply won’t find anywhere else.”
