A lucky gambler won more than half a million dollars from a $3 bet while playing at a casino just outside of downtown San Diego. The unnamed person won $630,069 on the Kong Skull Island slot machine on Wednesday at the Jamul Casino Resort, about a 20-minute drive east of the city.
