A person who witnessed the crash followed the suspect to a nearby parking lot after calling 9-1-1. Officers arrived on the scene and noticed that Caci smelled of alcohol and was slurring his words.

A blood test taken two hours after the incident showed a blood alcohol reading of 0.22, which is well above Nevada’s 0.08 legal limit. He had originally denied having consumed any drinks or using drugs. He then admitted to having tequila at a club. His LinkedIn shows that he’s a VIP nightclub liaison and host with Tao Group Hospitality.

Caci pleaded not guilty during a Wednesday court hearing. The judge denied his request for bail, so he will remain in custody until his February 25 hearing.
