Leigh Valley Live listed the other incidents, including a man who left two three-year-olds in a car for 16 minutes in the Parx Casino parking lot in Bensalem while he was gambling at the sportsbook.

The second woman sanctioned by the PGCB left two 11-year-olds in a car for 30 minutes at Presque Isle Downs & Casino’s parking lot in Erie County while she gambled on slots.

Another woman left two kids aged five and 11 in a car for 27 minutes at Hollywood Casino’s parking lot at Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County while she also gambled on slots.

According to LVL, minors left unattended by parents or caregivers have been “an ongoing problem in recent years” for Wind Creek Casino.

The owners of the resort-casino reportedly “developed a mitigation plan” in 2022 to both deter adults from leaving kids alone and to detect incidents. That same year, the PGCB reported that 268 kids were left unattended across 147 incidents at Wind Creek over four years.
