FanDuel first acknowledged “users are experiencing issues viewing some markets” during Sunday’s multiple NFL games. The sportsbook later said the NFL markets were again available and recommended bettors restart/refresh the app, but some users still reported they couldn’t cash out their bets.

One user complained that he’d tried opening and closing the FanDuel app “600 times” in a post that has since racked up more than 30,000 views:

According to a Times Network report, Downdetector noted that “over 6,000 people were facing issues.”

Bettors tore into FanDuel’s assurance all was working, with user Christopher Minaya stating: “Wagers will settle” but what about cash outs?!?!”:

Other comments on X ranged from Jason Battle’s “this cannot happen on a Sunday,” and @BirdiesAndBoats’s “wildly unacceptable.” The latter claimed he’d be reporting the issue to the Colorado Division of Gaming.

User Rosemary West, however, vented her frustration with a “you gotta be kidding me” stating while people still could place a bet, they didn’t know the My Bets cash-out section of the app was still down, calling the sportsbook “Scamduel.”
