Police in Connecticut have contained a situation in which someone unlawfully restrained two individuals in a hotel room at the Foxwoods Casino Resort. They have now been released, and officers and SWAT teams have contained the area on the 16th floor without any injuries. Reports suggest that the suspect might still be barricaded inside the room.
