An onlooker to a dramatic mass brawl in the UK has described it as “like WWE in a Bingo Hall.” The incident took place at Club 3000 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, where gamblers were taking part in a night of bingo.

began after one female’s male companion was ejected

Footage of the incident, posted to X on Tuesday and viewed nearly 70,000 times at the time of writing, shows an initial fight between a group of two women. The brawl supposedly began after one female’s male companion was ejected from the venue during the Sunday night event. When a woman at another table vocally expressed her joy in that decision, all hell broke loose.

What then transpired was a dramatic clash in which the women traded blows between the bingo tables. Other players and Club 3000 staff attempted to intervene, but it wasn’t long before a man also found himself involved:

As can be seen from the video, a man in a blue shirt punches one of the women, to the shock of the crowd of onlookers.

According to Yapp, a media and news company on X, the onlooker who described it as “like WWE” had more to say. “The whole place was in total uproar,” the unnamed witness stated. “Women were swinging handbags and pulling each other’s hair. Men were running across the tables to break things up but then getting caught in the middle.”

Reportedly, West Yorkshire Police are now investigating the incident over a potential public order crime, although there are no reported injuries.

Perhaps the bingo fans should have stuck to real money slots instead.
