According to a letter sent to the state’s gaming regulators, the plan is to sell the property that was initially built in 1951 as Bunny’s Bar before turning into the Poker Palace in 1974.
The facility was popular among locals thanks to the 25,900 square foot gaming floor, which included slot machines, table games, seven poker tables, a sportsbook, and bingo.
