Queens rapper Action Bronson has agreed to a bet with New York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor. They’ll supposedly get matching tattoos if Lindor’s team wins the World Series.
It’s been almost 40 years since the MLB franchise last claimed the Commissioner’s Trophy, with the squad coming up short last season in the National League Championship Series. They’ve had a strong start to the current season, with a record of 58-44 so far.

Bronson made the bet while appearing on a new monthly show on the MLB’s YouTube channel called ‘Café con Lindor.’ It was posted on Tuesday.
They stumbled onto the topic of tattoos because Bronson has Barry Bonds’ batting stat line from his 2001 season inked on him. Lindor, who had a hot start to the season before embarking on a current cold spell of 0-26 while batting, asked the 41-year-old what he had to do to get a tattoo on his arm.
Bronson joked about getting a back piece of Lindor before the player suggested that if the Mets win the World Series, Bronson will get Lindor on his body somewhere and he will get one of the rapper’s nickname ‘Baklava.’
Bronson finally agreed to get matching Queens tattoos if the Mets do the business this year.
