The Sphere has certainly captured headlines since it opened in September 2023. The iconic structure is now a must-see for visitors to Las Vegas.

Some of the names that have held residencies at the venue include U2, The Eagles, Dead & Company, and now the Backstreet Boys. Those attending concerts at The Sphere will need to expect to pay top dollar for any concessions, as made evident by an image that Vital Vegas posted to X on Wednesday:

It shows that an 18-inch pizza will set you back $170 if you’re in a suite at The Sphere. For context, it’s more than the price of a general admission ticket to Backstreet Boys, which ranges between $92.50 and $162.50.

a beer will still set you back $20 and bottled water $8

Thankfully, people who aren’t in a suite will get food for lower prices, although a beer will still set you back $20 and bottled water $8.

The Sphere is still trying to find its feet, running on a significant operating loss of $260m for the second half of 2024. Commenting on the future, Sphere Entertainment CEO Jim Dolan said that the operator is becoming more efficient with content, running the business, and scheduling shows.
