This is one of the highest deals in entertainment, period.”

This deal is worth as much as LeBron James’ current two-year contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. Speaking about the landmark agreement, xQc’s agent Ryan Morrison said: “This is one of the highest deals in entertainment, period.”

xQc has consistently been one of the most popular Twitch streamers, often having tens of thousands of viewers at any given time. The 27-year-old explained that Kick will allow him to do things he was unable to do with Twitch. This is not an exclusive deal, so the Canadian native will still be able to occasionally showcase content on other platforms.

Kick rose to prominence after Twitch banned gambling content from unregulated online casinos in October. Many big-name content creators have since made the move to Kick, including Trainwreck and Adin Ross.
