Owain Flanders first developed a love for writing while studying for his BA in English Literature at Newcastle University, England. He found his way into the gambling industry working for one of the UK's leading operators before eventually taking the leap into journalism. Since then, Owain has written for a number of gambling-focused publications, interviewing some of the industry's top executives in the process. When he's not writing about the latest gambling news, Owain spends his time cycling, running, and supporting his beloved soccer team Leeds United.
