Titanic 1912 Slots

It may not seem like it, but there is still some degree of creativity left within the world of online slots. While various developers may appear burnout, thus are churning out the same old tired games, there are still a few names that are trying to give players something fresh to spin the reels of.

Taking up the charge for this new wave of casino software developers is Capecod Gaming Games, who have recently rolled out some rather impressive looking titles.

Keeping up that trend, the brand has released Titanic 1912; a game that takes a look back at the famous cruise ship that sparked one of the most famous films of all time. Now, Titanic 1912 is not an officially licensed product, but that certainly hasn’t stopped this game from being quite the showcase piece.

Showing the world that Capecod Gaming Games has true power in the development stakes, Titanic 1912 has some serious visuals to its name. What makes this game particularly special is the fact that its graphics are backed up by some silky smooth gameplay. With that in mind, as you’ll see from the following review, Titanic 1912 is an easy recommendation.

Watch out for the Iceberg

Titanic 1912 gives a lot away with its name, as it places focus on the once ill-fated cruise ship. While the story of the Titanic is dark, this game is anything but that, as it appears to be lavished with head to toe luxury. Every single aspect of the game appears to have been carefully crafted. The backdrop of the game ties into the theme, as it features dark blue waters and a selection of icebergs up ahead. If you have an eagle eye you will even see the actual Titanic in the background, which is oddly enough sailing away from the icebergs featured. Often discussed, but seldom looked at, it’s great to see a casino name takes the spirit of the Titanic and infuse it into an online slots game.

Tasting the Salty Sea Air

The theme and design of Titanic 1912 will surely knock you for six, but that’s not the only thing here that’ll astound. The game keeps its high production levels in effect through the symbols it uses. Every symbol used has an air of polish to it, with such really helping the game come alive.

During our game session we got a real kick out of the ladies, gentleman, and captains that deliver a real “out at sea” flavour. Additional icons include the traditional low value symbols, the navigator, and the ship itself.

The Navigator is Key

The navigator is arguably the most important symbol within Titanic 1912, as it will lead you to the bonus game. The bonus game is pretty simple in effect. When unlocked you are transported to the interior of the ship, from there you’ll need to select a wheel.

There are four wheels to choose from in total, with each containing a selection of prizes that you can spin for. It probably won’t go down as the most imaginative bonus game in the world, but it certainly does enough to keep players entertained.

All Hands to the Pump

Positioning itself firmly within the box, Titanic 1912 does nothing special, but that’s part of the game’s charm to an extent. All the controls are spread along the bottom of the screen, as from left to right you’ll see bet value, lines, total bet, spin, credit, and win.

In the far right corner you’ll also see autoplay controls, while the max bet button is positioned in the left hand side of the screen. As said previously, Titanic 1912 tows the line of tradition with its controls.

Set Sail with Titanic 1912!

Who would have thought that a casino software developer would take the Titanic and turn it into and online slots game? Capecod Gaming Games really caught us off guard with this release, as we certainly didn’t see Titanic 1912 coming.

Making this game special is the fact that it is packed wall to wall with impressively high production values; you certainly shouldn’t take that statement lightly either.

Feature wise the game isn’t particularly loaded, but on the design front you would be hard pressed to find a slots game that looks as good on screen as Titanic 1912.
